BMSS is a special education cooperative located in Central Texas. Our purpose is to support Member School Districts in providing for efficient delivery of special education and related services to eligible students with disabilities. Member School Districts include: Buckholts ISD, Caldwell ISD, Cameron ISD, Gause ISD, Milano ISD, Rockdale ISD, Snook ISD, Somerville ISD and Thorndale ISD.
